We can, and we must, promote accountability and justice, and safeguard fundamental human rights and human dignity.
How do we do this?
Rallies/protests – Organising protests and exhibitions to raise public awareness about historical and ongoing human rights violations in Iran, including arbitrary arrests, imprisonment, torture, and executions.
Conferences – Organising and participating in conferences attended by lawmakers, human rights experts, activists, and diaspora communities to discuss justice, accountability, and viable solutions for victims of human rights abuses committed by the Iranian regime.
Media engagement – Working with journalists and publishing articles to expose realities often hidden from public view, while providing accurate information and perspectives that are frequently overlooked by mainstream media.
Human rights campaigns – Coordinating petitions and engaging with Members of Parliament and policymakers to raise concerns about human rights violations, while urging the UK government to maintain pressure on the Iranian regime to halt executions

Freedom for political prisoner – Maryam Akrabi Monfared
After years of campaigning, on April 6th 2026, Maryam Akbari Monfared, one of Iran’s longest-serving female political prisoners, was finally released after 17 years in prison without a single day of medical furlough.
Her freedom stands as a reminder that sustained international pressure, solidarity, and public awareness can make a difference
