June 8th 2022 - Daily protests have been taking place over the last 2 weeks in the city of Abadan, Khuzestan province, and across Iran, after the ten-story Metropole building collapsed due to the regime officials’ plundering and corruption. This resulted in at least 36 killed and dozens injured due to the regime’s inaction in saving the lives of the people under the rubble. The State Security Forces (SSF) and the Special Units sought to prevent people from gathering by opening fire at them and firing tear gas, but the rebellious youth repelled them and continued their protests. 

1st Feb 2022 - By the most conservative estimates, the COVID-19 death toll in 547 cities across Iran has reached a staggering half a million now, this was collated through a network of activists in Iran and announced on, January 25, 2022. The regime’s leaders tried to undermine the severity of the pandemic as much as they could.

To justify his unpatriotic and inhuman policies, Khamenei said on March 3, 2020: “Let’s not exaggerate the issue (of the pandemic) too much. It’s an incident that has happened and will disappear, God willing, not very long. It will (emerge) in the country and spread and then leave.” Worse, he called the deadly virus a “blessing” and an “opportunity.”

May 10th 2022 - The Antwerp Court of Appeals in Belgium announced its final ruling, on sentences issued for three accomplices of Assadollah Assadi, a terrorist diplomat of the mullahs’ regime, for plotting to bomb an Iranian Resistance rally in Villepinte, Paris, on June 30, 2018. Assadi had previously been sentenced to 20 years in prison in 2021 and he has never appealed this sentence, nor has he ever appeared in-person in any hearings of this case.

1st Feb 2022 - 465 individuals including Hundreds of Current And Former UN Officials And Globally Acclaimed Jurists including the former head of the International Criminal Court and more than 100 current and former United Nations officials, in letters to the UN Human Rights Council and High Commissioner for Human Rights said the 1988 massacre of political prisoners in Iran is believed to amount to “crimes against humanity” and “genocide,” and they called for the establishment of an international inquiry that would bring its perpetrators to justice.

May 4th 2022 - Stockholm District Court held the final hearing session of the trial of Hamid Noury, an Iranian regime official involved in the torture and murder of thousands of political prisoners in the summer of 1988.

In 1988, the regime carried out a complete purge of prisons under the orders of mullahs’ regime founder Ruhollah Khomeini, executing more than 30,000 prisons in the span of a few months. Most of the victims were members and supporters of the PMOI/MEK.

23 Jan 2022 - In retaliation to and out of fear of growing public dissent, the regime has executed 6 prisoners both Wednesday 19th January 2022 and Thursday 20th January 2022. In addition to this, there were 45 executions in December 2021. The clerical regime’s criminal record must be referred to the UN Security Council, and its leaders, especially Khamenei, Raisi, and the Judiciary Chief Gholam-Hossein Mohseni-Eje’i must be brought to justice for four decades of crimes against humanity and genocide.
