19th December 2023 - The Swedish Court of Appeals ruled to uphold the sentence of life imprisonment given to Hamid Nouri who was one of the perptrators of the 1988 massacre of 30,000 political prisoners in Iran. Hamid Nouri is a former deputy in the judicial system of the Iranian regime.

He was arrested in November 2019 following a court order in Sweden. After 93 trial sessions at the Stockholm District Court, on July 14, 2022, he was convicted of complicity in the massacre of political prisoners in 1988 and sentenced to life imprisonment. He was also ordered to pay compensation to the families of the victims.

09.September 2023. Javad Rouhi, a 35-year-old resident of Amol, has killed by the hands of

Khamenei’s executioners under severe torture and lost his life in suspicious circumstances.

Javad Rouhi, was arrested in November 2022 and subjected to brutal torture in the IRGC Prison, to the extent that he lost his ability to speak. He was sentenced to execution three times on baseless charges of “spreading corruption on earth” and “waging war against God,” yet due to domestic and international protests, the regime could not carry out this sentence.

On August 31, Nowshahr prison in Mazadanran province, north of Tehran, issued an statement that Rouhi had been transferred to a hospital early that morning “following a concussion” but died despite receiving medical assistance. A knowledgeable source said government security forces have pressured the family to arrange a private burial.

The killing of the prisoners of the uprising under torture, poisoning, or annihilation by the hands of Khamenei’s executioners is a routine occurrence, and a significant number of prisoners have met their end in this manner both within prisons and after their release.

1/10/2023-According to reports published on social and state media, a 16-year-old girl went unconscious and fell into a coma due to the injuries she suffered as a result of being shoved by the guidance patrol agents in a Tehran metro train. This high school student, named Armita Geravand, was attacked on Sunday, October 1, 2023, while she was boarding the subway train to go to school with her friends at Tehran’s Shohada metro station.

The clerical regime in Iran has completely closed down Gohardasht Prison in Karaj (Rajai Shahrprison), infamous for being the site of a massacre and crimes against humanity that occurred in 1988, along with other criminal executions starting in the early 1980s until today.

on August 5 , the Mizan News Agency announced the decisions has been made during the visit of Gholamhossein Mohseni Ejei, the head of the Judiciary, to Alborz Province on April 6, nearly half of the prisoners had been released by July 1, and all prisoners were transferred to Qezel-Hesar Prison

8th Sept 2023 - A group of political prisoners who were transferred from Evin to Ghezel Hesar prison on the morning of Sunday, September 3, are confined in two cells designated as quarantine areas for prisoners awaiting execution. These cells are extremely small, with limited space for sleeping, forcing several prisoners to rest in the corridor and near the ablution area at night.

These prisoners have been on hunger strike since entering this prison. The prisoners, who were transferred directly from Gohardasht prison to Ghezel Hesar a few weeks ago, are also on hunger strike.

These prisoners were beaten, handcuffed, and transferred from Evin to Ghezel Hesar on Sunday. The wardens did not allow the prisoners to take their belongings, and the prisoners’ belongings were smashed or looted in Ward 8 of Evin prison.

Wednesday, July 19, 2023, a judge at Vakil Abad Prison in Mashhad, capital of the northeastern Razavi Khorasan Province, sentenced to death Mohammad Javad Vafa’i Thani, a political prisoner in Iran. Sentenced on the bogus charge of “corruption on Earth,” Mr. Vafa’i Thani was taken to an unknown location after being informed of his death sentence. Mr. Vafa’i Thani, 27, among the boxing champions in Mashhad’s boxing clubs, was arrested in March 2020 and tortured for a long time.
